Cancellations 60 days or more prior to the program start date:

Cancellations 30-60 days prior to the program start date:

Substitutions – Yes
Transfers – Yes, less USD 100 / INR 8,000 + GST (as applicable) processing fee
Refund* – Full refund, less USD 500 / INR 40,000 + GST (as applicable) processing fee

Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the program start date:

Substitutions – Yes
Transfers – Yes, less USD 500 / INR 40,000 + GST (as applicable) processing fee
Refund* – 50% of tuition refunded

If tuition is being paid on the installment plan, 50% of the course tuition becomes immediately due and payable.

Cancellations after course start date:

Substitutions – No
Transfers – No
Refund* – 30% of tuition refunded. Conditions Apply.

If tuition is being paid on the installment plan, 70% of the course tuition becomes immediately due and payable.

Substantial administrative costs and credit card processing fees are incurred for each enrollment. Exceptions to our cancellation policy will be considered on an individual basis in the case of emergency or exceptional circumstances.

*The refund amount shall be transferred to the bank account via Payment Gateway/Wire Transfer/NEFT/RTGS within 30 days from the date of either approval of the refund or receiving the bank details to which the refund amount has to be transferred, whichever is later.Approval of the refund shall be notified via email.

Any course canceled by the LTWI will be fully refunded, or the fee may be applied to a future course.
