Vikram is an organization development consultant who engages with client systems as a mentor, coach and facilitator. Living the transformation process authentically is core to his expression at work. Vikram works extensively with clients as an organization development coach to facilitate visioning, values orientation, behavioral/team building programs and competence development for intact and cross-functional teams. Vikram is currently invested in design and build of evolutionary frameworks.

Vikram Bhatt is the founder of Leadership that Works India, Design for Essence and Integriti Consulting. He has served many transformational journeys, individual and collective, within organizations, with individuals and across culture and geographies. His current passion includes working with consciousness transformation, helping individual and communities find authentic sources of power and express them in compassionate living purposeful manner.

He is currently the President of ACTO (Association of Coach Training Organizations) which is a not-for-profit voluntary body of coach training organizations that looks at evolving coach training and hence coaching in the world.

He embodies the Magician and the Creation archetypes with a lot of joy, and is learning to embody new archetypes as a part of his consciousness practice.
