The Program
In this highly experiential learning environment, you will participate in:
- 140 hours of concept learning
(90 live and 60 asynchronous) - 40 hrs of practice coaching
(8 peer coaching + 32 hrs client coaching) - 40 Weekly online classes of 2 hours each
- 5 Integration classes of 2 hours each
- 35 recorded concept sessions
- 6 hours of personal coaching from a CFT Certified Coach
- 10 hours of group + individual mentoring
- Oral and written assessments
* 2 weekends of in-person learning with the cohort on an opt-in basis
*Extra LIVE sessions on Niche Coaching applications by experts in the field
* For enhanced growth and learning on opt-in basis, not mandatory for CFT certification.

* 6 sessions of Personal Coaching are a mandatory requirement to complete the program. You may select to contract with a coach featured on the panel of senior faculty/coaches, or any other CFT certified coach. These 6 sessions typically cost between USD 500 to USD 1500, and are contracted independently with the coach. Those who come from under resourced backgrounds will be able to find coaches who are willing to offer their time pro bono or at lower rates.
** The cost of the 2, residential, in-person learning weekends is approximately USD 500/ Rs 40000 plus GST, depending on how many participants opt-in. We will do our best to make it cost-effective and accessible for people to attend and some of the details and options will be determined only once the cohort begins.
