Vikram Bhatt is the founder of Leadership that WorksIndia, Design for Essence and Integriti Consulting. Hehas served many transformational journeys, individualand collective, within organizations, with individualsand across culture and geographies. His currentpassion includes working with consciousness transformation, helping individual and communitiesfind authentic sources of power and express them incompassionate living purposeful manner.

He is currently the President of ACTO (Association of Coach Training Organizations) whichis a not-for-profit voluntary body of coach training organizations that looks at evolvingcoach training and hence coaching in the world. He embodies the Magician and the Creation archetypes with a lot of joy, and is learningto embody new archetypes as a part of his consciousness practice.

Seema Bhatt is a certified coach, mentor and a facilitator of transformation. What defines her life and work is authentic expression, facilitating a shift within to embrace one’s inner power and enable teams and communities to realize their collective potential. She has worked across various industries, organizations and with individuals as a Life coach, Leadership coach and a facilitator. Seema is currently invested in exploring how to bring sacred feminine in everyday living practices. Deeply intuitive, she brings a grounding presence and inquiry to the work of coaching. Seema is co-founder promoter and leads Programs, Operations, Finance and Legal for LTW India.

Jagruti Gala considers herself an agent of transformation and she is thrilled to push the edges of consciousness in herself and in others, to create a world of greater fulfillment, compassion and joy.

For more than a decade, her central focus has been to bring change into the world of children (new consciousness), through progressive educational spaces and family life. She is the Founder and Managing Trustee of a non-profit organization AURA (www.auraplace.com). She plays a leading role in content and training as co-founder Stones2Milestones (www.stones2milestones.com). Jagruti is also a certified professional coach and facilitates adults who want to transform their lives towards greater meaning and significance. She is part of the faculty team at Leadership That Works (www.leadershipthatworks.com).
