Appreciative Inquiry is a paradigm shift in enabling change. It is aligned with the strengths based approach, where change is enabled by amplifying what gives life to that person. It creates a strong foundation of the strengths already present, to give the velocity and power to imagine and achieve dreams which we may not dare to articulate otherwise. This change is also more sustainable because it is built on the strong foundation of what already exists.

The principles and philosophy of Appreciative Inquiry have been used to facilitate change across large systems and in individuals because they are universally true. It is one of the most powerful methods available to us as coaches.

Our coach training program Coaching for Transformation, incorporates these in the subtext. This is a chance to deep dive and learn more about using this powerful method.

The Learning Pedagogy : There will be a mix of theory, coaching demonstrations and practice time to support your learning along with space for interactions with peers and faculty.
