The Power Profile Coach Certification is a comprehensive 20-hour journey to enable you to use the Powerfulife Assessment in your coaching practice and enhance your personal growth through the Six Feminine Powers model.
Program Overview
This is a powerful collaboration between Powerfulife and Leadership that Works India. Nirupama Subramanian, founder of Powefulife has designed this model, which is one of its kind in Asia. Leadership that Works India is a leading coach certification training organizations in the world.
The Power Profile Coach Certification, a 20-hour program, will enable you to use the Power Profile based on the Six Feminine Powers model. The program is an opportunity for in-depth learning for your personal growth through an experiential session.

The Power Profile Coach certification will enable you to use the Powerfulife Assessment in your practice to coach women to live their full power.
This 20-hour program includes the following:
- One on one coaching on your Power Profile by Nirupama
- 2 days in person workshop to understand the Power Profile for your personal growth and to use it in your coaching practice
- 1 peer coaching session
- 1 hour session with feedback from our Mastercoaches
- 1 hour closing session to support you to use Powerfulife assessments in your coaching practice
- License to use Power Profile in your practice.
The Facilitators
Nirupama Subramanian is the founder and CEO of Powerfulife Solutions and the Co-founder of Growing Leadership of Women (GLOW).
Nirupama is an entrepreneur, leadership development coach (ICF- PCC certified) and facilitator and a best-selling author. She is the author of Powerful- The Indian woman’s guide to unlocking her full potential published by Harper Collins in 2021. She has written over 100 articles for several publications and specially on gender equality and diversity & inclusion for Business World, shethepeople and IBN. She has helped 25000 people across 75 organizations to become leaders in their lives and live their potential. She is a motivational speaker and thought leader in the area of women leadership. She is also the co- founder of My Daughter is Precious (MDIP), a non-profit initiative which provides scholarships and mentoring for young women to complete their higher education.

Vikram Bhatt is the founder of Leadership that Works India, Design for Essence and Integriti Consulting. He has served many transformational journeys, individual and collective, within organizations, with individuals and across culture and geographies. His current passion includes working with consciousness transformation, helping individual and communities find authentic sources of power and express them in compassionate living purposeful manner.
He is currently the President of ACTO (Association of Coach Training Organizations) which is a not-for-profit voluntary body of coach training organizations that looks at evolving coach training and hence coaching in the world.
He embodies the Magician and the Creation archetypes with a lot of joy, and is learning to embody new archetypes as a part of his consciousness practice.

- Do I need to be a certified coach to attend the Power Profile Coach certification?
No, you do not need to be a certified coach to attend the program. We recommend that you go through a coach certification program so that you can build your coaching practice using the Powerfulife Assessment. The Power Profile Certification program will equip you with enough coaching skills to conduct a good debrief session and use the Power Profile for coaching. - How does the Power Profile Certification enable me after I complete the program?
After the certification, you can use the Power Profile in your own coaching practice. Powerfulife Solutions grants you a license to debrief the profile for your clients in one on one coaching sessions. If you are a part of an organization, you can coach and support the women in your organization using the Power Profile. - As an independent coach, how can this certification help me to grow my practice?

The Powerfulife Assessment is the only validated psychometric assessment created for women in South Asia.
